Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RidePressure ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RidePressure is a free web-based bicycle tire pressure calculator. It provides recommended tire pressures based on user-provided inputs and the 15% tire drop principle. The Service runs entirely in your browser and does not require account registration.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The pressure recommendations provided are estimates and starting points only.
Important: Always verify that your tire pressure falls within the minimum and maximum limits specified by your tire and rim manufacturers. Hookless rims have strict maximum pressure limits that must be followed. Incorrect tire pressure can result in tire failure, rim damage, loss of control, and serious injury.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RidePressure and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You assume all risks associated with using the tire pressure recommendations provided by the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your bicycle equipment is properly maintained and used within manufacturer specifications.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the calculator
- Verify all recommendations against your equipment manufacturer's specifications
- Use the Service at your own risk
- Not rely solely on this Service for safety-critical decisions
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The underlying pressure calculation methodology is based on publicly available research and principles.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
